Springtime is Bliss!!

Yippie! It's springtime! The days are getting longer, the sun is shining warmer, the trees are budding, and flowers are starting to show us their happy faces. Well, at least here in Southern Arizona this is true!!
It's happening within me as well. New ideas are emerging, my spirit feels happier and lighter, and my smiley face is visible more frequently. This winter was challenging! I experienced a lot of change, personal upheaval, and circumstances that required my utmost in self love, patience, trust and acceptance. However, it has all served me well, in that it has given me new direction and the opportunity to really do some of my own growth work. I have been asking some deep questions and sitting with the idea of how my life informs my work.
When we truly drop into that place of authentic expression and we pay attention to all the gifts life places in front of us (even the ones we think are not so fun) it seems that our own personal lives can have a huge impact on the work we choose to do. When we are able to combine our life lessons with making a difference in the world, and have a positive impact on others, well, that's Living Bliss in my opinion.
As we enter into the emerging season of spring I encourage you to consider: what is it you are wishing to blossom into? Is there something that is asking to be called forth that maybe you haven't been paying enough attention to? How might your personal life inform your work? Is there something that is needing a spring cleaning or perhaps needs to be focused on more? I bet there might even be one or two areas that need a little extra nurturing to move along-take a look at what those might be and how you can help them to grow.

In the meantime, I'm heading out into the afternoon sunshine for a ride on the tandem with my sweetie! That ranks pretty high in the Bliss category too!
